Hi, I'm Sharyn Harrington, Broker Ι Owner of Kirby Properties.

You may have heard my name a time or two, or seen my iconic red signs across Aquidneck Island and over the bridges on residential lawns, open land of all types and in storefront windows throughout Newport County and Southern RI.

Closing in on thirty years in business, I've been involved in nearly every commercial property sale or lease in downtown Newport, much of Middletown, Portsmouth and Jamestown, and hundreds of residential sales and purchases of single and multi-family homes, townhomes, and condos.

I've lived and worked in Newport most of my life and bring a deep knowledge of local real estate trends, an extensive portfolio of successful deals, and a wide network of resources to property listings of all types in every price range.
